Consultancy/Training Fees
Consultancy/training fees include a reasonable amount of preparation time and travelling time (approximately two hours each way).
The exact cost will depend on what activities you are looking for.
Expenses
Generally speaking expenses are charged at current Inland Revenue rates (e.g. mileage) or at cost (e.g. flights, hotel).
Conditions
This is a summary of the main terms of the full consultancy agreement which will be sent to you following a verbal agreement (or on request).
- A verbal agreement on dates and services constitutes a contract between us.
- Such an agreement indicates acceptance of these conditions.
- Cancellation incurs a sliding scale of charges based on a percentage of the value of the services which have been cancelled.
For cancellation 10 or more weeks in advance 10% of value, 6 to 10 weeks 30% of value, 3 to 6 weeks 50%, 1 to 3 weeks 70%, 1 week or less 100%.
In addition the cancellation fees for any bookings made in connection with the cancelled services (e.g. accommodation, car hire etc) will be
charged at cost, as will copying costs or other expenses.
- Invoices will be submitted as soon as possible after any visit or activity by the Consultant and payment made within 30 days.
